About Us

Originally founded in 1995,  ‘Inkfish Call Centres Limited’ remained a privately owned organisation until July 2001. Today we are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Domestic & General Group PLC.

Our client portfolio is impressive, our client retention more so. We work with clients for years, not months, often on increasingly complex and sizeable scales as the relationship grows.

There is no right way and no wrong way to outsource. To provide the greatest return on investment possible, as well as the best service, we work in close partnership with our clients  ~ allowing them as much or as little input as they require.

Some clients choose to base themselves at one of our call centres, while others make time for monthly site visits and update meetings. The level of involvement is up to you.
