Some of them come in the shape of affiliations, awards and certifications: International Quality Standards: We have been awarded ISO9001:2000… this is the international standard that recognises quality management and includes a quality audit from an external source every six months. This is reinforced by our own quality checks throughout the business; we run these on a constant basis to ensure our clients continue to receive the efficient, quality service they have come to expect. Age Positive: Inkfish not only holds an Age Positive award; we are have been recognised as Age Positive champions. This is part of a Department of Work and Pensions initiative to encourage employers to employ mature workers. Age is not a barrier to a successful career within Inkfish; our mature workers bring with them a wealth of experience, and are an asset to our business, and yours. Direct Marketing Association: By providing regular updates on industry regulations, best practice and current issues, our membership ensures we can adapt to the changing environment and maintain the quality of service to our clients. FTSE4Good Index Series: Our parent company is also no stranger to international recognition.
