Inkfish received a Work Life Balance Challenge Fund (backed by the DTI) in recognition of our hard work in developing a good work/life balance for our staff. We aim to offer flexible working options which include:

• Range of contract types available

These options are appreciated by our staff and - as they help reduce sickness, absence and attrition - are appreciated by our clients too.

We have also launched a “First Choice Employer” committee, a representative group of staff who are consulted on various issues to ensure that staff morale and motivation remains high.
