On one-off projects, where a client faces an unforeseen need or demand, Inkfish can demonstrate its responsivity as an outsource partner. In this instance, we showed our capacity to deliver a brand-sensitive solution ‘against the odds’.

Challenge:

After strike action at Heathrow, our client resolved to make a prompt, significant  and high-profile gesture of goodwill to countless numbers of aggrieved passengers.

Solution:

Within 48 hours a large-scale solution was in place to handle a high volume of incoming emails and calls… and also to fulfil the paperwork at the ‘back-end’ of the project.

Snapshot:

When the project went ‘live’, some of Inkfish’s senior management took the first batch of calls, at the same time providing live training for the team of assigned agents.
