Our Approach to Change Management

Inkfish has a range of robust communications processes in place, which enable us to manage change easily and seamlessly ~ without compromising the quality or the responsivity of our service to you.

For example: for one client with rapidly changing tariffs, we developed a system of on-screen pop-up newsflashes. These made themselves evident every time an agent logged on, until they opened the information and electronically acknowledged that they had read the update. Reporting was then possible to identify who had received and acknowledged the information and when.

This example typifies the way in which we can establish an audit trail to ensure quality control of information right down to the level of individual agents.
