Our Approach to Technology and Risk Management

Given that Technology is one of our specialist client sectors, it may come as no surprise to learn about the significant technological advantages we are able to offer to all clients.

Tech Support & Risk Management:

As part of the D&G group, Inkfish has access to a substantial IT support network far larger than you would reasonably expect for a call centre of our size.
 
Inkfish also has a dedicated Disaster Recovery resource centre in Crawley. This means that, should an issue occur at any site, activities can be live and online again within four hours.

Additionally, for larger projects, it is possible to spread the activity across multiple sites allowing traffic to be more easily managed. This not only maximises efficiency, but also spreads the risk of a problem occurring at any single site.

Various levels of Integration:

Because Inkfish works with a range of technology integration models, we can adopt the model that best suits your business and also the project in hand. These models include:
 

  • entirely separated systems which feed data file uploads to the client system
  • moderately integrated solutions, such as a web-based access to the client system, which enable clients to input information and allow controlled access and limited editing rights
  • dedicated VPN networks sharing a single platform, with our agents accessing the client’s live system.
