Inkfish Call Centres - Celebrating Success

We thought you would like to see our 2003 stand at a Call Centre Expo at the National Exhibition Centre, Brimingham. Call Centre Expo is THE exhibition for our business area and we took a 48 square metre stand - our largest ever - to highlight our new market positioning of the tenth largest call centre operation in the UK .

The organisers estimate that about six thousand key contacts visited the site this year. Judging by how busy our stand was for the full two days of the exhibition we must have seen a considerable proportion of them. The status level contacts were very good indeed - both in prospective and existing clients - and we have generated some very positive new business leads and further ways of developing existing clients' business.
