HomePhone National Launch nets new jobs for Brighton Inkfish Inkfish in Brighton, the Brighton Call Centre, is again hungry for new recruits as their client, The Post Office, rolls out its new HomePhone Service nationally. A wider support role for Inkfish will create more jobs in Brighton. The fixed line service for domestic subscribers launches with a major national advertising campaign on the 10th January. Inkfish teams have been building up a full inbound customer service for the Post Office during the past four months. Now Inkfish has been chosen to handle the outbound sales activity for HomePhone as well, which initially will require 40 more agents. By the end of 2005, they expect a significant number of new jobs to have been created in Brighton by the HomePhone business. Inkfish HomePhone Account Director Matt Stevens says: “Inkfish’s service quality and ability to deliver ‘brand experience’ for clients won the contract - now we’re delighted we’ve shown just what we can do in partnership with clients. It’s all down to our people’s commitment, training and focus on quality. Our goal is to provide an outstanding customer experience. We’ve had a great time building the brand with the Post Office and we’re excited by the opportunity to help grow this new service, one of several initiatives currently being developed by the Post Office.” - ENDS - Editor's Notes:
