Top Scores on Red Nose Day

Inkfish's Nottingham call centre took calls from 7.30 to midnight on Red Nose Day on March 11 2005. 100 lines were donated to the cause and over £149,000 taken in donations.

Inkfish is part of the Domestic & General Group PLC and staff in the Group's eight locations throughout the UK also threw themselves wholeheartedly into fund raising activities in their own right. Sponsored shaves, various silly items of red clothing, wet sponge hurling, car washing, email competitions and millions of calories from the cake bake sessions were downed in a series of events during the day.

Including a donation from the Group’s charity committee, the 2,200 employees raised a total of £2600.
