Chief Operating Officer for Inkfish Call Centres Domestic & General Group PLC has promoted Ian Bateman to the new position of Chief Operating Officer for its call centre subsidiary, Inkfish Call Centres Limited. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Bateman will now also head the client services and sales teams within the 1500 seat business which has three call centres in Brighton and Nottingham.
