Top contact centre specialist catch for Inkfish

Ian Gillman has joined Brighton’s Inkfish Call Centre, as Head of Operations on its rapidly expanding Post Office ‘HomePhone’ campaign. He takes charge of the growing team, dealing with all operational and client service matters.

A career contact centre manager, 50-year-old Ian has worked worldwide for top blue chip organisations, including computer giant Unisys and the Abbey Bank. He has set up and managed operations in South Africa, India and the US, as well as the UK, giving him up-to-the minute global expertise.

“I am delighted to be working with Inkfish,” says Ian. “It’s still a young brand but already well established and highly regarded within the industry. Inkfish provides an exciting opportunity and we ’re definitely at the sharp end and empowered to get on with the job!
