Inkfish’s top Marked Man Inkfish call centre in Brighton is celebrating the success of Team Coach, Mark Bingham, who has just been awarded parent company Domestic and General plc’s top European ‘One Step Beyond’ Award. Mark, who works on the Post Office’s HomePhone account, came out top out of the final 15 candidates from across Europe, each nominated by their management for outstanding achievement. Part of a team that grew from 20 to 240 customer service agents in a year, Mark acted above and beyond his role as coach to his colleagues and played a major part in the design and delivery of new training material. His flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness stood out, as did his excellent working relationship with the Post Office. He received his award from Group Chief Executive, John Pearmund. Brighton Operations Manager, Steve Morris, says: “We are all so proud of Mark and his achievements on behalf of our client.
