Travelodge books in with Inkfish National hotel chain, Travelodge, has chosen to book in with Inkfish call centres to handle its inbound guest calls. Following a very successful pilot scheme, a contract has now been awarded and a dedicated team of agents in the Company's Brighton site is now working six days a week dealing with thousands of reservations every day. Inkfish Account Director, John Penny, says: “Working on such a high traffic campaign as Travelodge is tremendously exciting for us all. There’s been a great deal of planning and training to make sure everything runs smoothly. Travelodge have an allocated full-time management team so that we can ensure the highest quality of performance.” Shona Fraser, from Travelodge, comments: “Our experience of working with Inkfish over the past few months has been very positive and, with their excellent customer service and sales culture they were a clear choice.
