Ben’s the medicine for Inkfish Brighton January 2, 2007 - 31-year-old Ben Dale-Gough has just become Operations Manager at Inkfish’s Queen Square call centre. He is responsible for managing the 600+ strong workforce and all the technology which keeps one of Brighton’s busiest call centres running. A Biomedical Science Graduate, Ben joined Inkfish straight from Portsmouth University as a graduate trainee. He started on the Linguaphone account before becoming team leader for the American football team, London Monarchs. He moved to sales, winning key accounts and then set up the call centre team at Redhill. It was then back to Slough as an Account Director, before becoming Site Operations Manager – a role he combined with his client management responsibilities. Away from the office, Ben is looking forward getting married in July to Jessica, a former Inkfish employee who he made redundant last December! A keen sportsman, who played first team football and hockey at University, Ben is a supporter of the Rugby Union team Wasps. Just getting to grips with his new job, Ben is excited at coming to Brighton. “It’s a tremendous City! Inkfish has really taken off here and we’ve some fantastic accounts and, with the exceptionally high standards of the team, I’m sure we’ll be winning many more. I’m really impressed with the training and career progression here and I intend to make people development my number one priority. ” - ENDS - Editor's Notes:
