Ready. Aim. Flan! Inkfish boss sentence It was revenge time at Inkfish in Brighton today when staff got the chance to pelt their bosses with an assortment of cream flans and wet sponges - and all in the name of charity. Ben Dale-Gough and his senior colleagues Stavros Stamatakis, Ricardo Eyman and Paul Lane, from the Post Office and Sky accounts, all volunteered to be human targets. Blindfolded and with their hands tied, they had little chance of dodging the flans. But as Ben said afterwards, (or tried to since his face was covered in cream): "For 364 days a year, we get to throw work at our staff. So it makes a nice change for them to be able to throw something at us - and because it's all for charity, we can't hold it against them." 'Red Nose' Inkfish Organiser, Cathy Taylor, said: "We're hoping to have raised nearly £800 today with these and loads of other fun and games. But the 'Flan Flinging' was without question the most popular!" - ENDS -
