Sharp end of customer service for Inkfish Director Top directors from Inkfish and parent company, Domestic & General PLC, will be on the 'phone at the Inkfish Call Centre in Queen Square next Tuesday, 2nd October, as their part in the Company's Customer Service Week activities. Inkfish in Brighton employs over 400 people and serves major clients in broadcast, tourism and appliance markets. 250 job roles have recently been created by the transfer of activities from the company's Slough call centre to Brighton as well as further increase in work from existing clients. Andy Luckman, Inkfish's Commercial Director, together with Philip White, Company Secretary and Sales Director, Derek Hollingdale, of Domestic & General Group PLC, will join eight other senior managers to spend most of the day in Brighton, sitting alongside call centre agents to listen into, and share, the call experience. "Inkfish prides itself on customer service and on making sure their teams have all the training, incentives and support needed to deliver the best customer experience possible," says Andy Luckman. "Obviously our focus is on both our people and the service we provide all day and every day but customer service week is a great time to go 'back to the floor' and really live the whole experience." - ENDS -
