At Inkfish we create incentives to excel and participate at every level…. from the individual to the company as a whole.

Here you can see our most effective incentive program for individuals – supporting them to excel and then thrive - and our most recent larger-than-life company-wide incentive.

Success Stories Program

Talent is rewarded at Inkfish. Twice a year the very best agents are identified and a group (less than ten each time) is given the opportunity to participate in the Success Stories program.

Featuring guest speakers from around the business, who explain the activities of their department, the program, enables agents to identify areas of the business in which they most want to further their careers. A mentor is then assigned to help them develop the skills that will prepare them for the opportunities ahead.  In our most recent Success Stories program, nine agents were admitted to the scheme; six had achieved promotion within the year. 

Larger than life ~ company-wide incentives

In 2005, in the lead-up to the Inkfish annual Summer Barbeque, various themed days were held to encourage staff involvement, both at work and socially. The main event took place at a venue big enough to house all the Inkfish sites and was filled with sporting events offering complimentary food and drink to all who attended. There were also incredible prizes up for grabs, including cars and Caribbean holidays. The day was a huge success and demonstrated how the entire Inkfish team can pull together on the largest scale.

Work/Life Balance Award
