Staff Satisfaction

At Inkfish we treasure our staff, and we are committed to an ever-changing range of activities to ensure they are happy and fulfilled at work. These include:

  • Social activities: these range from team-based activities to company-wide celebrations of success. For example - Bowling, a Night at the Dogs, trip to Thorpe Park and an annual Summer BBQ (this year's was a popular "Wild West" theme, complete with Bucking Bronco and Wild West Shoot out!) 
     
  • Employee organisations: we encourage staff to get together formally informally to provide support to one another. For example, our bump club brings together pregnant members of staff to share their experiences and help each other out.
     
  • Employee forums: Our First Choice Employer scheme gives front-line staff a say in various decisions that affect their working environment.
     
  • Charity activities: as well as being good practice, our charity work gives staff a chance to take part in fun activities for worthy causes. This year we raised  nearly £50,000 in donations when we dedicated our Brighton Call centre to taking calls for Comic Relief's "Sport Relief". Over 100 staff members volunteered their evening to man the phones and take calls from the general public wishing to donate to the charity.

Work/Life Balance Award
Inkfish was awarded a Work Life Balance Challenge Fund in recognition of our efforts for our staff.
